had you worked on the car prior to the symptoms? what work have you done since?
if the car starts fine & runs 45 minutes, then i would first suspect components other than AMM and O2 sensor. i don't think a bad AMM would stall the car, nor would a bad O2 sensor. the car would run like cr@p though, as a dead AMM causes the ECU to go into "limp home" mode & will give you high idle, & a bad O2 sensor will make the car run way rich.
when it dies, does it do so when idling? if dying @ idle, the ECU ignores the AMM while @ idle in a *warm* car, so i'd be skeptical that that's a cause. could be AIC, aka idle control valve, which can cause hunting/stalling after motor is warmed (this would only be a contributor if the car stalls while *idling*). if you keep the gas on after you restart, will it stay running? this would also point to a bad AIC. if you can, start motor, rap on AIC w/screwdriver handle & see if car settles into a normal, smooth idle. clean aic with carb cleaner. if problem returns, replace the valve with a new one.
