I don't know the technical differences, but there is one. The turbo springs are about the same height but tangibly stiffer. I'd probably do the swap. Might even cut a coil or two off them before installation, especially in front. The turbo springs are designed to support quite a few extra pounds up front, and just installing them may net you a car with a nose up in the air.
