If your starter cranks, your engine is turning over.
If crank but no start, you have either a fuel problem or an ignition(spark)problem.
When you crank the engine, carefully watch the tach needle. If it jumps/bounces a little, then your ignition is probably OK. If no bounce, suspect the Hall sender at the crankshaft pulley. Or maybe the ignition module mounted on the inner fender liner.
Next check for spark at coil wire by holding wire near ground with well insulated pliers while engine is cranked. Do the same thing with a spark plug wire. If spark at coil, but no spark from plug wire, suspect distributor rotor.
With ignition off, jump fuse 27 to 30 with a piece of wire. If you hear the fuel pump run, then you know the fuel pump works.
Trouble shooting the injection system from here on requires a digital meter. Get a manual and follow no start troubleshoot procedure. Or check out the townsendimports.com page on the subject below
