If it makes you feel any better, I always got crappy service from the SAAB dealer in Princeton that I used to go to. Both service and sales. Thats why I do most of the work myself, now. I love to tell the one story. I once tried to purchase a used car there on a Friday a few years ago. It was priced about $7,000 above any reasonable comparison that I could find, plus it had a huge Koolaid stain on the front floor that they tried to cover up with a "new" floor mat. I offered them a reasonable price for it, and they declined, saying that they could never sell it for that little. I even got a lecture on the fact that they deal with the Princeton crowd who actually has money, and that bascially I wasn't in the same economic group as their usual customers. I later found out that the salesman was using that particular used-car to go to the beach on weekends, and he had used it that weekend. About 6 weeks later, it was still on the lot for $2000 less than I had offered. I love it. What arrogance.
