If you have brake fluid seeping out all over the place, make sure you wash it off! That stuff is mighty strong and will eat your paint off easily.
The master cylinder has seals inside of it which can wear down over time and leak. I would just look around the master cylinder and determine where the fluid is leaking. It could be a number of things, but first you need to find out dirrectly from where the fluid is coming.
