For wiring...
Since your is a '90, you have a second power distribution box under the rear seat. This is where I hooked up my 2 amps (one 100x4 for the highs, second 600x1 for the sub, both amps CrossFire) One thing that you need to be sure of, that you do not have power seats. See, there is a prewired spot for a 30amp lead in the box, that will not have a fuse in there. All you need to do is, clip the one (non-power) wire under the box, then tap the amp positive into there. One thing, if the amp is more than 30amp, DO NOT DO THIS! As the factory wiring is only rated up to 30. Now, if you have a 20amp amp, use a 20amp fuse, not the stock 30. I have been running 2 amps for over 2 years by this way, w/o any problems.
As for grounding, it depends on where you mount the amp/sub. For me, they are in the tool trunk, so there is a nice huge bolt in the middle support that I use. You can run a wire into the rear seat, and use a pre-exising ground there. One thing, be sure to use the same gauge as the power wire!
As for remote wire, if you tie into the rear box under the seat, the whole box is switched on and off with the car, so all you need to do is run a 2 inch wire from the power terminal to the remote terminal...baam it's done!
As for the signal, if you have pre-outs, use them! If you are using a headunit that does not, you can usually tap the signal out of the rear speakers, then run it into the amp. You are able to keep the end of the wire into the rear speakers, so you keep the rear channel.
Let me know if you have any more questions...
