The hose for my turbo gauge just blows off. Could be that I run more than stock boost, but its not too far fetched to imagine a stocker doing it. A small, tight zip tie will take care of that. The idle could be a number of things, such as: Throttle position sensor (this fixed mine), Idle control valve (AIC), or any vacuum leak will cause it to bounce. Listen for loud hissing in the engine bay and look for disconnected hoses. Good luck!
