from Oregon coast and my wife didn't notice until I told her. She said the car didn't feel much different or sound louder as she was reading her book. This is the fastest I have taken the car with the '91T engine and rebuilt tranny with big pinion and I was really impressed. My mech say the car is only at 185hp but I'm really happy with the performance for right now. You people at 220 or 250hp must really kick some tail. It felt like it could do a lot more. The Koni adjustables and 17x7.5 Proxes FZ-4s feel very good.
Isn't there an auto cut-off at 5500rpms. Can this damage the engine from heat build up when the engine cuts out. I've heard people talking about this and is it because there is no fuel/air which helps cool the engine or do I have it wrong. Also what happens when it cuts out. Is the engine still running but just at lower rpms.
Best, KB.
