Not bad- they spin to a degree.
Did you disconnet the return fuel line off the fuel rail? Even if you didn't, all that play putting in new injectors may have ruined the seals on the rail (at either end). In my experience- you can't reuse these seals- especially if they are 100K young. They are cheap and you should replace.
You can try to tighten the rail and return line- either fix it, or makes it worse??
I would reseat the injectors (in manifold and rail) and inspect the o-rings closely. Is the rail hole bent? When you are tightening the rail, watch for movement in the injectors. You can always bend the rails' bracket- ever so slightly for a better line up.
