Either one your working on, You'll need or maybe want to take the seat out of the car. On the front, unzip the seat back where it meets up with the seat bottom. carefully pull up the seat, and as your working the way up , remove the circular clips that tack the skin to the seats frame. Once you do this and get the skin up over the headrest, left the headrest up as far as it will go. Directly in the foam there is a notch where the headrest was sitting, use a T20 torx and remove this bolt, and then raise the headrest out of the seat. Then remove the skin. Install is reversal of this. For the Bottome, unsnap the pins on the outter sides of the skin. Then work your way from left to right starting in the front and going towards the back removing circular C clips. Install is reversal.

If working on the rear, take the seats out, undo all the staples surrounding the skin, I used a Mail Letter Opener which helped greatly. There are also some behind the armrest. Now for the fun part. The rear skin is held in by Thread. Its easy to cut the strings and then do this until the skin is off. It may stick to the foam , just be gental and lift off. For the REAL Fun part, using a flash light, look down in the holes in the foam, you will see silver hooks. Use a AWL and open up these hooks. As you reassemble the skins, Use Nylon string and tie the strings in the same place as originally located. Make the loops about 2-2.5inches. This will make the seat look Plush or Full when installed at this length. Start in the center where the armrest is and work one side at a time, IE , Drivers or Passnegers side. Say you start with the Drivers , work from the center out words. theres at least 10 Loops you will have to make on each seat side. I had to sit on the skin while I hooked the thread to the hooks on the seat backboard. As you install a cable, use some pliers, LOng Ones and crimp the hook down so they dont unhook while you move to the next one. After all the Threading is done, then staple up the center arm rest area, reattach the outer sides, then sit back on the cushion to streatch the skin over the back part where the headrests go. There will be ALOT of stretching needed here or continous pressure to make sure you get it started. At time you may think the skin is too small, to fit, but with time it will fit. I'd say its about a 5 hr job for the beginner.

If you have questions I can try to walk you through.
