We all start at some point as explorers searching the terra incognita of our cars. it's good that you ask questions and this is a great place to ask them.
Look at the intake manifold of your car. Right behind the black rubber hose where the air comes into it is the throttle body. On the drivers side of the throttle body is a bellcrank that the throttle cable pulls on to open up the throttle.
The TPS is located on the opposite side of the throttle body as the bellcrank that I described above. It's a thin, black plastic box with a wiring connector plugged into the top of it.
