Although my first choice would have been to remove the coil wire and blow it out or shake it out, then remove the distributor cap and wipe it out/spray WD40 in it.
The modules are sensitive to pressure washing...one failure mode is to wash out the silicone grease between the module and the heat sink. The module goes into thermal runaway and shuts down, it may or may not recover, and you don't get a spark.
