As others have said, check the heater control valve. May be leaking or broken. That would be coolant on the floor. But, I think you would have noticed the smell by now so......on to water leaks.
First, you need to pull the carpet out. Only way to completly dry and locate a leak. At the least take off the door sills and while you are at home or at work put some plastic cups under the carpet/foam to hold it up so they will dry. Nice trick I have learned over the years drying SAAB carpets.
If you take out the carpets, you must remove front seats, rear seat bottom cushion, center console. Not too bad of a job. I won't go into details now but repost if you decide to do this and we'll talk you through it. While carpets are out you can put seats back in so you can still drive the car. Easy to clean the carpet well while it is out also.
Now, clean the rear quarter panel drains out. Pull off rubber nipples at bottom of panel. Clean them and inside the panel. While they are off, run water along the bottom of the two small quarter windows. This will get all the gook out. Maybe try and work your pinkie finger into the holes to feel around and loosen up any blockages.
There are drains at the bottom of each door hidden undertneath the weather stripping. They are two small slots at either end of the doors that are formed into the door. Again, run water along the bottom of the windows on the doors and find something small and flexible enough to fit in these slots and root them out until the water flows easily.
Clean out the air box on the passenger side and its drain tube. Water into the box and milk the drain tube in the right front wheel well. Do this until it flows easily. This wouldn't be the problem for the drivers side but it won't hurt to clean it out anyway.
Make sure your windows fit snuggly when up into the weatherstripping. See an above post about adjusting them if they do not.
Check the windshield. Run water over the bottom seal and see if water appears in between the front edge of dash and windshield.
That's all I can think of right now. Hopefully that will help or at least get you started. Convertibles are tough with leaks sometimes. Be patient and thorough. Make sure you have the leak solved before the carpet goes back in......I'm speaking from experience.
Good luck.....
