Airflow kit at last

hello
My buddy picked up an 87 900t that had what he called "funny" looking bumpers. I said let me take a look at those funny bumpers and yup, you guessed it, a complete set of airflow bumpers. That's the good news. The bad news is extensive. First the front bumper is only 90% complete. The part in front of the drivers wheel is gone but the rest of the bumper is acceptable. The rear bumper is complete, although in three seperate pieces. The whale tail is in fair condition, with only the rubber portion needing replacement. The wheel arches are in good condition. My question....does anyone not if it is possible to reconstruct the front bumper in its entirety? if so who could do it? Is it still possible to get the rubber for the whale tail? I'm pretty handy with fiberglass but i feel that this level of reconstruction way is out of my league.
thanks dave
