I agree with Justin that these TSN classifieds are probably the gold standard for value of various Saab models. Newspaper classifieds have fewer and fewer classic 900s, and practically never an SPG. One of the best sources I know is Kelley Blue Book for values of all cars, any region, any milage, and I know they specify Spec Perf Group for later 900s. I believe there address is kbb.com. You can access dealer retail, personal retail, wholesale. You can also load your milage and specific accesories too.

Personally, I think your $3000 is too low. It seems to me virtually any running, nice looking, and decent condition SPG should start at $5000. What say the rest of you? The car is a classic - there will never be any more SPGs built. SPGs should hold their value as long as convertibles do.
