I havce also just done this on my '86 Aero. On the seatback, you have to remove the headrest, and this is fastened by a torx-screw wich is difficult to reach. First you have to open the zipper, then remove the hooks that ties the leather to the seatframe, starting from the bottom. As you do this - gradually turn the skin wrong side out around the seatback. When you have removed these hooks (I used two set of pincers/tongs to save my fingers...) you should see two hooks fastening the uppermost part of the skinframe to the seatback. Unhook these, and you should see four rings attaching the front and back side of the skin. Cut these of, replacing them with plastic strips when putting the new one on. Now you should be able to see the torx-screw holding the headrest - remove this, and take the headrest out. There you have it!
I am very pleased with the result on my car - I got a craftsman to make me new covers - looks like it came off the factory yesterday. And the color is bang on, (tan interior), ans the smell is great. Best of all - everything is leather - even the seatbacks and pouch! Cost me though - 12.000,- norwegian kroners - roughly 1400$! :-)
