Sounds like leakdown from an injector. Have you pulled the plug from #2 after a warm start to see if the plug is wet (uncombusted fuel)? Have you pulled an injector wire lead from another cylinder for comparison to see if your idle changes?

Injectors are fairly simple to replace. You unbolt the fuel lines (cold engine), spray lube the gasket fittings at the intake and pull up on the rail with plugs still attached. Careful not to bend the rail. Lube is essential to getting the plugs to come free of the intake manifold. Once removed you can inspect the injectors and easliy replace a bad one by removing its clip at the rail end.
