you should. if you don't, you risk abnormal wear on your tires, which will ultimately cost you more than the $69 you're trying to save.
For tie rod ends, all you need to set is the toe. You can do this yourself with a piece of string, some jackstands, and several minutes of searching the web for step-by-step instructions. From what I have read, this is a surprisingly accurate procedure. search words: diy alignment
You might try calling around and asking how much an alignment shop would charge just to set the toe; there is no adjustment on the rear wheels on these cars and the the tie rod end job does not affect camber/caster, which they would likely not touch anyway.
Last, if you're *really* broke, just do your best to attach the new tie rods ends at exactly the same spot on the tie rod as the old ones, provided, of course, the car already drives straight.
