'89 900S, 240k on car, 101k on engine.

1) I saw lots of questions about dome lights, but they all seemed to include the auto-off. My problem is actually the "on" position doesn't work, so when i'm driving late at night, i cant turn on the light to see what my toll's going to be. The light still works in the "open door" position.
I pulled out the switch and opened it up, it seemed clean enough to work.

2) Also, how do you get to the sun roof to work on it? I was driving on the highway, and the outer panel started to separate, so I need to pull the sunroof out and figure out how to reattach it.. Do you have to take out the ceiling of the car, or can you take the sunroof out without disassembling the whole car?

3) Is there a way to adjust the e-brake? I just had my brakes fixed, and everything works fine, but since I have owned the car, the "brake" light has always been on. I can make it stop if i push the button and push down really hard on the brake handle. Is there any way to adjust the handle on the ebrake so it would be off in the lowest locking position? I assume that is what it's supposed to do.

4) My central locking used to lock/unlock the trunk, but now it doesn't anymore. I don't know if this coincided with the dome light problem, but they both used to work and now don't. Is the "on" for the dome light on the same relay as the central locking? Which relay is it, is it under the seat, and is it labeled?

5) I have significant rotting on my left, front fender.. How expensive is it to replace a fender in an '89 900?

Thanks!
-Brian
