strange rotor wear...*please help*

I have been plagued with uneven rotor wear on my '93 900TC. The rotors were not evenly wearing at 70K. They were too thin to machine so I had to replace them. I put on new Saab rotors and Axxis pads. Now at 117K I have the same problem (I realized this when I replaced a wheel bearing last weekend). Both times the uneven wear occured only on the inside surface of both front rotors. This surface (on both sides) was slightly thicker (less worn) on the outer perimeter, approx. 3/4 inch all the way around as well as 3/4 inch on the inside perimeter, approx. 3/4 inch all the way round. This leaves the middle of the surface approximately 1/32 inch thinner than the rest. I am complaining because this has happened twice with good pads.
Do I just have to live with this or is there something I can do. Has anyone else had this problem. Because of this wear, I get a pulsation in the pedal which is annoying.
Loving my Saab apart from headgaskets and brake rotors,
Mike
