Heres the scoop on my poor idleing mis fire problem

I made sure the wires were at 1342 going clockwise looking at the distributor. Set engine at TDC. Then I removed the valve cover. The cams are not lined up at the marks for it. So I will loosen chain tensioner, then rotate the cams until they line up to there marks.
I'll write back with what I come out with.
