Most bodyshops have plastic welding kits. Or if you have a piece of scrap and a soldering iron, you can probably do it alright.
Or you might just want to tape the front over and just epoxy the holes in. NAPA-Balkamp carries a "plastic welding system" epoxy that's supposed to have improved adhesion to most plastics.
If you feel inspired, you could chamfer the holes a bit, so the outside diameter's a bit larger than the inside. Then, when you tape over the outside and apply the epoxy, spread it out in the inside to make a cap, and you'll have made a plug that can't pop out in either direction (kinda like a rivet) and will help to keep stress off the chemical bond.
