The obvious is to look for puddles and drips. Check the connections, including at the brake master, the clutch master and the clutch slave, and the calipers.
Sometimes the clutch slave will leak past the plunger into the foam rubber under the dash, or onto your left foor or the floor mat.
Sometimes the master will leak past the rear seal into the vacuum booster, there to collect or get sucked into the intake manifold and be combusted. This is what to suspect if the fluid mysteriously vanishes without any drippy sign of leakage. Check for it by separating the master from the vacuum booster and checking for fluid at the union.
