check for any leaks, make sure all the hose clamps are tight and inspect them for wear. Considering the year of your car, it's highly possible that the wastegate needs adjusting, maybe even replacing (but let's focus on adjustment first). First adjust the wastegate by shortening it about three or four complete turns and see if the boost goes up. If it does, wait for the turbo to cool off (you can accelerate this by jumping the radiator fans relay contacts 30 and 87 and letting the fans run for a few minutes) and shorten it some more until the turbo needle maxes out on the borderline between yellow and red. This procedure should be in the Bentley's (I couldn't tell you because I don't have a Bently's).
