Yes, it is possible. But-
As others have mentioned, get the compression ratio wrong, and you'll blow the motor. Turbos push more air into the engine, to get more power you need to supply more fuel. You'll have to modify the fuel system to handle it. You'll need to fabricate new exhaust manifold and intake plumbing. You'll need to find room for all these hoses. Adapting the APC system will be interesting, to say the least.

My basic reply to this is that if you have to ask, then you don't have the expertise to do it. Sorry, but it's probably true. There are folks out there that have turbocharged plenty of non-turbo cars. Within that group, there is a small number that's done it successfully. These folks have had significant experience in this sort of thing. If you haven't had that sort of experience, chances are good that you'll spend a lot of time, effort, and money and end up with something that runs horribly then dies horribly, or something that goes real fast for about 25 minutes.

If you're looking for a fun learning project, then go for it. If you're looking for a driveable car at the end, do yourself a favor and buy a car with a more powerful engine. You'll save lots of time and money.
