Clutch may be slipping - how hard is it t replace?

Under heavy acceleration in 4th or 5th it feels like the clutch is slipping. It's a 92 900T Conv with 113K miles so it probably is ready for one. Before I go ahead and put in a new one is there anything else that it could be? I am just a bit surprised that I never feel it any other time - maybe it's just the right combination of RPM and boost?
Assuming it is the clutch how hard is putting in a new one for a DIY'er? I know there is a clutch tool that helps the job along and woud buy one. I replaced the clutch master cylinder myself if that qualifies me at all.
I get the impression that it's time and money well spent to replace the slave cylinder while I am in there, does that sound correct?
What about the hose? I don't know how well they hold up but I had one go in my 88 9000T so I am inclined to think it's also worth it.
Thanks,
Dave
