>1. Steering wheel in car shakes back and forth when driving, wants to constantly go right and I hear thumping noises when I apply the brakes. Car out of alignment or what? Just got both drive axles replaced by John from Saab Savior.
Probably a warped rotor, out-of-round rim, or a bad tire.

>2. Check engine light comes on when I acceed 3200 rpm or higher, flashes 4 times, pauses, flashes 4 times again, repeats.
4 flashes indicates that the EZK box is seeing knock. It could be that the timing is too far advanced or that the knock sensor wiring is picking up stray signals that it interprets as knock from the spark plug wires. What do you have for spark plug wires? If they aren't Bougicords, get a set of them from one of the sponsors.

3. High idle when at a stop light. Usually 1400-1600 rpm.
Might be a bad or poorly adjusted Throttle Position Sensor.

4. Check engine light comes on when I go over a bump.
That's a tough one ... it might be that there's a bad lead on the oxygen sensor.
-----------------------------------
5. Bad shocks, how much can I expect to get replaced?
Why do you think that they're bad? Then we can go on to costs.

6. Help!! My car is falling apart and I'm low on money! Taking donations! :D
They all are (just like we are), it's just a matter of degrees :-)
