....but likely around where the top meets the body via gravity. You will have to use the garden-hose-hunt to track down where the leak originates....the same thing that an upholstery shop would do.
In the future, you can treat the top with 3M's Scotchguard. Cover the windows with plastic garbage bags. Lift the top slightly, drape the bags over the windshield, side windows, and fit a bag to cover the back window. Also, tuck a bag in between the top and what would be the "C"-pillar if it was a hardtop; let it drape over to cover the extension of the rear wing and body. I use 7 lawn bags whenever I do this - 2 or 3 times per year. You'll need a garage for this. It takes 4-6 hours to dry.
