And don't forget the handbrake - new cables, and welding a plate to the floor of the car. The suspension part really isn't hard - just messy and time consuming. The handbrake part of the deal is substantially more difficult, and requires welding tools (not to mention talent!).
Overall, you might just be better of redrilling the existing wheels. Shouldn't be too expensive, and any competant wheel shop can do it for you. Alternatively, perhaps call one of the shops specializing in Saab dismantling and see if they'd be willing to trade wheels...
