I purchased my Saab 900S and everything has been great until now. over the last week, i have lost all of my manual transmission fluid. I thought it was strange that there was a wet look on the side of my engine so I got some cleaner and cleaned the engine back to original silver and after a day, i noticed that the area above the dipstick for the tranny was wet again with fresh oil. I didnt have any problem figuring it was tranny oil as I use synthetic oil and it is still clean as this stuff was pretty much black. It seems to be coming out on the passenger side of the block not near the tranny but the engine. The tranny is still dry. I am going outside to check it again and see. I wiped the underside beam and some started to drip again. could it be a gasket? Someone please respond. You can call if near. 219-942-7551 ask for Rick.
