Post using a female name, this board is a "sausage-fest," that is, predominately male.
In other news, there is no link between swapping gear oil and your driveability issue. Please provide clearer information about the symptoms you are having.
Other tips for getting replies to your posts:
Avoid using ten question marks.
Try flattery, e.g., "Hey Head Gasket Experts" or "Couple questions for you Saab Gurus." Of course, your responders' potential disconnect between self-estimation and reality can, at times, screw up this small ruse: the fat-headed and ignorant but arrogant may be the only ones to answer, in which case, yer scrued.
Try patience. Just because you are anxious to solve a problem doesn't mean there are sufficient people perusing the board who know how to help you. Of course, you also need to be lucky enough to have posted when one of those people feels *inclined* to help you. Posting Sunday afternoon ain't exactly a high-use time.
Try searching. Scott leaves *tons* of old posts on the server. Searching is your friend.
xoxo,
-Jennifer
