If you're not losing any brake fluid, it's probably the seal in the master cylinder. Pressurized fluid is probably pushing past the seal and returning to the brake fluid reservoir.
Replace or rebuild are the options. You could replace the master and the clutch hydraulics would resume working well for a while.
The question will then become, "How long will the slave cylinder continue working?" If things in the hydraulics have deteriorated enough for the master to go south, the slave cylinder is probably going to follow in its footsteps.
The clutch disc may still be good but, once you do enough work to remove the slave cylinder, it's not a significant amount of additional work to replace the clutch disc, pressure plate, etc.
Do you know some mechanically-inclined person who would be willing to spend an afternoon doing the work?
