Given your description, I'd think that the valves for each cylinder would be bent the same amount. If so, then the fact you get 90 psi on one cylinder means valves are not bent.
Do compressiong test on other cylinders first.
Assuming adequate compression, do basic fail-to-start tests...
- use timing light to confirm existance of spark and correct timing.
- use an extra spark plug to visually confirm strong spark is being delivered from each wire. If you don't know what a hot spark should look like, do it on any other modern car and you'll see.
- spray some carb cleaner (the volatile stuff), or ether starting fluid, or a few tablespoons of gasoline directly into the throttle butterly and try to start it.
This should narrow down the basic causes and demonstrate whether the engine itself is sound.
