Gummed up injector or four very likely especially if you are getting longer thatn normal crank time before start. I would pour a whole bottle of techron in the tank, it has never failed me on sticking injectors. You could also clean out your throttle body and butterfly with carbspray and and toothbrush.
Beyond that, the usual tuneup items that RS mentioned. An engine will always thank you for new plugs, cap and rotor.
