Vibration under load; 4th & 5th gain

Is it possible that a collapsed motor mount can cause vibration similar to a bad inner cv joint? The reason for the query is that I noticed the Pass side mount looked like it has collaped.
I recently (Feb) changed the pass inner driver, tripod, cv shaft bearing, and seals. Things were good for a few thousand miles, then suddenly half way through a long trip I started getting the familiar shakes when going through the mountains at 80 or so. But only when under load as in climbing a mountain. Neutral or trailing throttle is fine. Just lioke a failed cv.
Any thoughts anyone?
TIA
