My experience at JR's - he treats his employees like sh*t. He was screaming at them at the top of his lungs when I came into his shop a few years ago. He does not seem to do much of the work himself. My own experience was that his prices were steep and he clearly did not take my car for a test drive after fixing the problem with the car. The car was towed there and they broke the muffler - it was making a vibrating low racket when I picked it up. I called him a mile up the road as I was late to meet someone and he gave me some lame ass excuses....

I am not saying that he doesn't know his stuff, I am sure he does, but the reason I would pay his labor and part prices is for someone to deliver on the quality and service end. He did not.
