Its a question of solid (rubber) versus hydraulic (oil filled). Although my 92 C900 was in the book for a hydraulic unit based on my serial number, I needed a solid mount. Check out the photos of each brfore you buy, if you do it yourself, its a 7 out of 10 degree of difficulty DIY project. don't jack the engine up too high or you will bend your shifter linkage. Solid mount was about $35-$40 and has a world of benefits when replaced. Better shifting, less noise from the engine on big bumps. good luck. Check with Jim at sobstory.
