better.
People are searching so hard to find the "cheapest" parts, when Bosch products are just a fraction more in price and the lifespan is 100 times better.
Be aware though that the reason why the first brush broke off could be a combination of bad (soft) brush and also that the commutator in alternator have a deep worn groove.
It's always good to inspect the commutator using a mirror and flashlight. If the old brushes have worn a deep groove, the new brushes are gonna catch the sides of that groove and even a Bosch regulator may break when the new brush is chiseled into that groove.
By looking at the old brush, you can get a hint of what the commutator looks like, if brush is worn in a rounded pattern up on the sides, the commutator is bad too.
