The main fan motor (right side) is powered from fuse #25. You will want to test the fuse. From the fuse a yellow wire goes to a normally open power contacts of a time delay off relay. The other side of the normally open power contact goes to your thermosat switch and from the switch it goes to the fan motor. The relay coil power gets its power from a different fuse #22. The coil of the timer relay must get power via fuse #22 so it can close the main power contact and bring power to your thermosat switch. Thus the only other items in the circuit before your thermosat switch is the fuse and the relay contacts. If the relay is bad you can bypass the power contacts as mentioned (the power contact connections are the yellow and yellow/white wires).

This will at least get your standard right hand side fan running.
