change from steel wheel to factory LUX wheels

Hi all, I just swap out my factory steel wheels with covers for the multi-holes lux wheels and now the car vibrates like a hooker on crack. Can anybody help me out on the possiable problems OR mistake that was made when installing them?

facts 1)used the same tires that where on the steel wheels, 2)LUX wheels appear not to be damaged., 3)Wheel weights were used, BUT the tech seemed very new!
