has no sender. Just hook up its ground wire to a good ground,
its lighting wire to the dash lights (brown/white IIRC) and its
power wire to a +12V source that's only on when the ignition is on.
Look in the fusebox for a source... The voltmeter measures the
voltage of that source, and thus it's power wire is also its sender.

Black wire should be ground.
To differentiate the other two wires, apply 12V between each of them
and ground in turn and see which one makes the gauge light up and
which one makes it _go_ up.
