Wheel bearings... Posted by Clay McNeely [Email] (#497) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Clay McNeely) on Wed, 18 Jun 2003 13:51:41 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Hello, everyone. I think my wheel bearings (namely the front driver-side) are going bad, but I'm not exactly sure how to diagnose that as my real problem. I'm having a loud roar come from the front driver-side wheel when the vehicle is in motion and it also adds quite a bit of vibration to the car at certain speeds. Are there any other potential problems that I should be aware of? Also, if it is the wheel bearings, how should I go about getting this fixed...would it be best to just take it to the shop or is it a fairly easy diy job? What should the estimated cost be to have this fixed? Any ideas, comments, suggestions, or feedback is greatly appreciated. Also, feel free to respond with any questions regarding the aforementioned. Thanks so much in advance. Drive safely, and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
