The hubs on the used axle you get will be probably be fine. Mounting points for the trailing and track rods are in rubber bushings so they safely take shock 99% of the time. The axle will certainly be bent as evidenced by the fender measurements. The panhard rod will also be bent and its mounting points will be OK, because the rod is designed to bend easily to protect the mounts. While the whole job is actually easy, take your time and work methodically.
The hardest part of the job is hooking up the brake fluid lines. It is easy to twist and break the lines inside the car(under rear seat), if you try to unscrew the hoses from under the car. First unscrew the fitting inside the car while you hold the lock nut below the fitting. If the threaded male side of the hose turns, have a helper hold the integral hose nut on the hose under the car, while you loosen the female fitting under the seat. To prevent draining all the brake fluid onto the floor, plug the brake lines with a special tool, golf tee is my choice for this. You might consider new hoses if the old ones show any signs of bulging/softness near the fittings.
Either use the brake line that is probably still on the used replacement axle or swap the one from your bent axle...whichever is better. Bleed brakes after hook up. Also use loctite on the panhard rod nuts.
