I was off a little bit, it's 3 holes for 10mm bolts, 2 for starter and one hole right below cylinder head on exhaust side.
And one 12mm hole for intake manifold support.
For the fourth arm you can use an 8mm hole close to enging/trans split.
No I don't know about any marks except on the bearings themself. But some don't have it there either, especially if it's the original ones, they usually only have the partnumber stamped.
