Bump cluck is either shock bushing, as thereuare said, or ball joints, tierod ends, sway bar bushings(if you have one), loose bolts or rarely a verrry bad control arm bushing.
Exhaust clunks are often mistaken for suspension noise. Make sure the head pipe bracket is securely bolted to transmission case. Also check hangers and wiggle end of tailpipe to see if the exhaust hits the rear axle or body.
I would also check your axle nuts (32mm/1 1/4" socket). This could cause brake problems, thrumming noise. If either one is loose, you have probably also destroyed the wheel bearing. If nuts are tight, noise could still be a bad wheel bearing.
Drive the car on a smooth parking lot and coast while turning from side to side. A bad wheel bearing will usually make the rough noise that changes when you turn from side to side. A press is needed to replace bearings, but you can remove the steering knuckle/spindle and have a good machine shop press out the old and press in the new for low bucks.
