Either ignition or fuel.
When cranking does tach needle bounce a little. If so, ignition primary circuit is OK. So still check secondary for spark at coil wire and plug wire. If no bounce check for a loose Hall effect connector on side of distributor. If that's OK, you need to go through voltage checks at ignition module and various connectors. Check the FAQ's, townsendimports.com tech docs or Bentley manual for troubleshoot sequence.
If ignition checks out then on to fuel system. Check all grounds first, paying particular attention to grounds up at engine lift point. Then you need to go through sequence in sources id's above to track down problem. BTW, ECU is behind passenger side kick panel and you will need to drop knee bolster to get to it.
