Simple solution, but you may have damaged the rear calipers by incorrectly retracting the pistons.
There is a 14-mm bolt on the back of the caliper by the E-brake lever. Take that off and you will find a 4-mm allen screw. The normal procedure is to turn the allen screw counter-clockwise to retract the piston.
It's worth a try to turn the allen screw clockwise to push the pistons out enough to be able to engage the brake, but you may end up replacing the calipers.
