Ok, 1988 900T.
Newly rebuilt engine, timing set at 16°. Idle is also a little rough. And the HG on the calibrated boost gauge I have set up is 10, when it should be 18 Hg. Hunted for vac leaks and found nothing. I put the vac lines like it says in the diagram in the fender (which is not how I am used to seeing it). AIC valve is good electrically. I get .24 ohms across 1 and 2, and 2, and 3. And .42 ohms across 1 and 3. O2 sensor is good (getting .45 on the VOM). AMM, I dunno. Charcoal Canister, Bypass Valve and AID hold vacuum so they seem good, and are connected to the throttle body. The other part of the charcoal canister (6mm line) is connected to the intake manifold. The 3 bar FRP is connected to the intake manifold closest to the throttle body. The other top Intake manifold has the char. canister 6 mm connected to it and the valve cover breather I believe. I may have the fpr and valve breather mixed up. But it is per the diagram on the fender. What else could it be?
Also, I took the car for a test drive, and it only boosts up to 4 psi, with and without the APC solenoid connected. Could these two be related?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
-Luis
