Hesitation still.....autometer a/f ratio gauge reads...

new parts on my 1989 900T 214,000k
aic
amm
02 sensor
temp sensor
fuel pump
bov (year old)
silicon vac lines, vac bushings on intake
replaced all bad intake pipes
plugs cap rotor wires
The hesitation comes and goes, some days the car will run great with no hesitaion. When it does hesitate it will do it in all conditions.(morning, afternoon, hot, cold, low rpms, high rpms)when it does hesitate my autometer a/f gauge instead of the normal bouncing back and forth between full lean and one bar rich slows down like it doesnt know where to go and it stays in the stoik(orange) area. then it will slowly come back to normal. and drive good for a while. I have replace just about every thing i can think of....could this be a failing ECU? or maybe throtle position switch? Any other ideas?
