Front caliper bolts seized. Help???

Greetings. I'm trying to replace the right front brake caliper on my 87 SPG. The caliper mounting bolts appear to be seized and are beginning to round on the corners. Obviously, they have to be replaced. But how to get them out in the first place?? Breaker bar on 19 mm socket didn't do it, and with the corners starting to round, I'm not sure that renting an impact wrench will do it either. Any tips before I reassemble and limp it into the local mechanic? (I hate to see that sarcastic smile again.)
Thanks.
Jim Watts
